Osaka Metro is an app that aims to make transportation and living in Osaka more convenient. With the urban MaaS concept "e METRO," Osaka Metro combines various services with transportation to create new value and contribute to the development of Osaka's city.

Key Features of the App:

• Subway Operation Information: Receive push notifications of delays on Osaka Metro, view delayed sections on the route map, issue delay certificates, and check the past week's operation history.
• MY Station/MY Bus Stop: Register frequently used stations and bus stops to easily check upcoming departure times, train locations, bus arrival information, and see unique train icons for each line in real-time.
• Osaka Point: Accumulate and redeem points at Osaka Point partner stores. By registering your transport IC card, earn points when riding the subway or bus, and collect points daily with the "Daily Lottery" challenge. Aim for the "Opotan & Kadonosuke Award!" Use accumulated points at partner stores, on-demand bus rides, and various mobile ticket payments within the app.
• On-Demand Bus Reservation: Reserve on-demand bus services in Osaka's Kita, Fukushima, Nishinari, and Hirano wards with online payment options. On-demand buses are reservation-based without fixed routes or timetables, easily bookable through the app.
• Mobile Tickets: Purchase daily ride passes and monthly commuter passes for Osaka Metro's on-demand buses, along with ticket sets that include regular buses and bike-sharing options. Starting June 2024, handling of digital boarding tickets for subway and bus rides via QR codes has been launched! *QR code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Inc.
• Transfer Search: Search for optimal routes to your destination by combining Osaka Metro Group's subways, regular buses, on-demand buses, bike-sharing, taxis, and other transportation modes.
• Outing Information: Receive valuable and convenient information about recommended stores, events, and nearby places on the map. Once you find your desired location, use the transfer search feature to guide you along the best route.
